We look after your data and only collect what we need to deliver your order and give good service. Here's the overview.

What we collect

When you shop or contact us, we process your name, address, email, phone number and order details. Payment details are handled securely by our payment partner (Stripe) — we never see or store your card details.

Why

We use the data to process and deliver your order, provide customer service, meet our legal obligations (e.g. accounting) and — if you've opted in — send you relevant news.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@co-sleeping.com and we'll help.

Data processors

We only share your data with trusted processors that help us run the shop — Stripe (payments), Neon (database, hosted in the EU) and Vercel (website hosting). They process data solely on our instructions under a data processing agreement, and we never sell your data.

Data controller

The data controller is FAMBED ApS, company reg. no. (CVR) DK43444875, Sct. Mortens Gade 6, st. tv., 4700 Næstved, Denmark (Co-sleeping.com is a brand of FAMBED ApS). You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk) if you believe we handle your data incorrectly.
