All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. The price shown at checkout is the one that applies. We reserve the right to correct typographical and pricing errors and to mark items as sold out.
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, or spread the cost interest-free with Klarna. You're only charged when your order is dispatched. All payments are encrypted via our payment provider — we never store your card details.
We deliver free across the UK by courier to the curb. All sizes are in stock, with delivery within 14 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
You have a 14-day statutory right to cancel from the day you receive your order. On top of that, you get an extended 100-night trial during which you can return the bed. To return, email us at hello@co-sleeping.com. You cover the cost of return shipping — that's the only cost. Once we've received and checked the item, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method, normally within 14 days. The item must be returned in substantially the same condition. You're only liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what's necessary to assess it.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act apply to faults and defects. In addition, we offer a 5-year guarantee on frame and springs. This does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear or lack of care. Contact us with a description and a few photos and we'll help quickly.
We handle your personal data confidentially and in line with UK GDPR. We only collect the information needed to process your order and delivery. Read more in our privacy policy.
If you're unhappy, please contact us first — we'd like to put it right. You can also use an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr) for cross-border purchases.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time of your order always apply to that purchase.
